Nathan S.


Nathan S – is an internationally recognized author on high threat protection in hostile and semi-permissive environments. Nathan's latest book, Infidels in the Garden of Mesopotamia, provides a rich insight and firsthand expertise on conducting high threat protective operations in these often-unforgiving locations. Nathan has over 12 years of combined tactical and operational experience working in various locations worldwide that have included Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Panama. His wide-range of tactical training, as well as his common sense approach in conducting realistic training, has made him a valuable resource and expert in tactical shooting courses. Some of Nathan's certifications include advanced tactical carbine, tactical pistol, submachine gun, as well as various foreign weapons platforms. Additional courses include counter-terrorism tactics, tactical medical field craft and high threat protection operations. Nathan is a certified H&K armorer for the G36, G-3 and MP5 weapon platforms and is also a certified M4 armorer. He is a combat veteran of the United States Army and the former Director of Operations for TAHTP. He is currently deployed overseas on a long-term assignment.

Keith L.


Keith L. is a "quiet professional" who started his career serving in both the 82nd Airborne Division and 18th Airborne Corp before attending and successfully completing the Delta Force screening and qualification course. Keith was then assigned to the 1st SFOD (Delta) and served with B Squadron both as an operator and a breaching specialist. Keith was then assigned to TEOR where he was in charge of the breaching section. Keith's background includes extensive advanced training in CQB techniques, combat pistol, tactical carbine, precision rifle, foreign weapons, hostage rescue operations and close protection. While working within 1st SFOD, Keith trained with various government agencies and helped in the development, design and training in the area of advanced protective operations in hostile environments. Many of the key operational concepts developed by Keith and other members of 1st SFOD are still in operational use today with numerous government and military organizations worldwide. Keith's rich background and expertise has made him sought after in the area of high threat protection operations. Keith's operational time includes multiple tours in undisclosed locations in the Middle East, Central America and South America. Since retiring from the US Army Keith has continued operating and providing training worldwide. Keith has provided training and assistance to three foreign heads of state and one former foreign President as well as to their protective details.



JMO – JMO is a US Army veteran, security contractor and US Government certified firearms instructor, on numerous weapon platforms to include the M4, Glock, M249 SAW and M240B medium machine gun. He is also an AK 47 shooting instructor and has spent extensive time training Afghan security forces in the use of this prolific weapon platform. In addition to JMO's extensive firearms training and certifications he is a qualified CQB instructor. He has operational deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan supporting specialized US government agencies in the global war on terror.


Senior Instructor

PF is a former Provost Marshal with the 101st Airborne Division and was also the commander of the installations Special Reaction Team (SRT). PF is a former federal police officer and now works as a police officer in the Twin Cities metro area. PF has extensive experience and training as well as numerous certifications in force protection, law enforcement firearms, pressure point control tactics (PPCT), tactical pistol and carbine, police counter ambush techniques, pursuit driving, law enforcement patrol operations, use of force and concealed carry/permit training. PF has a B.S. in Criminology and a M.A. in security management.

Sean S.


Sean Sammut is a 27 year veteran of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal profession and former United States Marine. Sean has extensive operational experience working in high threat environments in both Iraq and Afghanistan as well as details in Kuwait and the United States. Sean brings extensive first hand operational knowledge, insight, training and experience to the law enforcement, contractor and military communities. Sean has provided extensive training to both federal and state law enforcement agencies in IED detection, awareness, avoidance, booby traps and high risk searches. Sean is a graduate of the Redstone Arsenal, the Naval Ordnance Station at Indian Head, Maryland and the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal course.


Senior Instructor

BWL brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience within the Hennepin and Ramsey County areas. During that time, he operated with a west metropolitan area tactical team for 10 years where he was assigned as a counter-sniper. He also dedicated an additional 4 years of service with the county sheriff's office Weapons of Mass Destruction Team, where he later accepted the role of assistant team leader for his section of this specialist team. BWL's time with the WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) team was dedicated to training and preparation for CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) threats from a variety of venues; including those contained on rail, bus, airplane, business, or other highly congested public areas. The WMD team also engaged in dignitary protection operations coordinated by the secret service and mutually trained and coordinated with the MN National Guard 55th Civil Support Team. BWL has significant time and leadership experience as a narcotics investigator, general investigator, and both as a firearms and use of force instructor with several different weapon platforms.



Art is a former Navy SEAL. While on active duty Art conducted numerous Counter Drug operations in Central and South America and deployed in support of Operation Joint Guardian (Kosovo) and Operation Enduring Freedom. Art continues to serve the Special Warfare Community as a Reservist assigned to SEAL Team 18 and was mobilized again in 2009 in support of the GWOT. Art has extensive experience in Executive Protection and has worked details in Central America, South America, and the Middle East. He is currently operational in several capacities both in and out of CONUS and continues to provide special operations services to US Government Agencies in support of the world wide fight on terrorism. Art is a highly sought after consultant and instructor for his unique combination of skills and real-world experience.
